The performance that will soon echo through the City will be my journey to seek the meaning to live... and be the proof of my life.

–Argalia
Argalia (아르갈리아, Aleugallia), also known as Uberto, is a Color Fixer with the title of The Blue Reverberation (푸른잔향, Puleunjanhyang). Becoming the leader and "Conductor" (지휘자, Jihwija) of the Reverberation Ensemble, he serves as the primary antagonist of Library of Ruina. He is first heard in the introduction story of Urban Plague and is formally introduced during the Episode of Full-Stop Office.
Argalia is a man with long, curly platinum hair. He has a young-looking face with blue eyes, and he wears a blue earpiece over his left ear that sticks out and looks like two spikes. He wears a large, white, ruffled jabot. He wears a blue cape with golden trim that also forms a swirly pattern along it. Under the cape, he wears a jacket with a similar design. He wears black pants that also has golden trim and swirls on the bottom, and black shoes with gold soles.
His distorted form dons a layered blue cloak with golden trim. His body shape is long and thin and is black with a blue tint. On his chest is a large, blue crystal that is also complimented by a golden outline. In place of his head is a dark blue orb that emits gray clouds that resemble his original hair color and style.
Personality
As described by Roland, Argalia is a "certified lunatic" whose attitude and actions are unpredictable, having "lost it" after the death of his sister Angelica. He is highly charismatic, always appearing to be calm, amicable, and soft-spoken, easily manipulating opponents and swaying potential allies to his side. When he holds the advantage, he openly mocks his victims and opponents in the same playful manner, only rarely revealing his actual cold and callous attitude towards them.
Argalia cares a lot for his sister and regards her with love; his plan to seize the Library's Light is motivated by his desire to come to terms with Angelica's death. At the same time, he also views Angelica's husband as a violent brute who took her away from him undeservingly from the very start of their marriage.
Story
Not much is known about Argalia's past, other than the fact he and his sister Angelica were a part of experiments before escaping. After his sister's death by The Pianist, he went insane and began to hear the Voice, prompting him to free the world from "loneliness", using his connections to gather allies and bolster the Library's light for the sake of that goal. Eventually, he and Ensemble enter the Library, only to fall and be booked. After Angela and Roland let go of their grudges against each other and begin to undo everything, freeing and distorting Argalia and his men. Eventually, they were finally slaughtered with Argalia finally accepting Roland as his brother-in-law before being told to drop dead.
Argalia's Page Story
{{{1}}}
"When I heard the news and rushed to the scene, only a hideous musician who had concluded his performance and permanently shut the piano's lid with his torso awaited me. For the first time, emotions I couldn't understand welled up inside me. It's hard to define what they were, even now. It felt as if deep tenebrous stains were seeping out of my heart. Alas, I didn't shed tears before that piano where your body rested—for I soon realized that you were no longer there.
That's right; you're the gentle breeze that brushes past my face, and the clouds that fly in the sky, which give me heed of your presence from overhead or underfoot. I thought you had left me, but you would always come back. That's why I care no longer about the skin and flesh you wore only momentarily. Angelica. I'll follow after the name you gave me: Uberto. You used to call me that down in those horrible underground chambers. I'll create a new world… one where people can live bountiful lives even if they have nothing, free from obsession or greed. When we lose the fixation on our bodies, we won't be afraid of death anymore. No rest will be eternal."

Can’t you feel this tremor…? Could there be an overture with a rhythm more beautiful than this?
We’ll complete our own score… One that can be played indefinitely, even if there seems to be an end!
So you will take the honor of remembering the first note of this everlasting performance…
We will continue our venture, playing variations as we seek new things.
…Now, it’s time to mark your end and our beginning.
Your performance may be reaching an end, but I do hope you’ll shine gorgeously in your own right.
…We’re about to part now, Angelica. Sorry for what’s happened.
I hope you can stay with me until the end of the performance, at least.
Trivia
Argalia appears to be based off of the character of the same name from the poem Orlando Innamorato, as can be seen through both characters' relation to a sister named Angelica who calls them Uberto as an alias.
According to the 2021 Project Moon Q&A, the object that Argalia wears on his ear is a device that constantly generates some sort of noise, as Argalia simply cannot stand the silence. It plays white noise, along with voices of crowds if people were nearby.
