It can be unlocked in Star of the City after completing the suppression of Nosferatu and the realization of the Floor of Natural Sciences. Completing it raises the floor's realization level to VI, and unlocks E.G.O. Pages on its floor.

Strategy
This realization, especially in the later phases, possesses a number of very high rolling skills each a turn. It is recommended that you use the The Red Mist's keypage attributed with "Myo's Prowess" on Gebura to beat these.
Do not manifest E.G.O. while Cobalt Scar is invincible, as he cannot be targetted by other librarians.
It is recommended to take the Absorption Abnormality Page, as both Smile and Dipsia spawn large amounts of minions which can be used for easy health and strength.
Manifest E.G.O. at the start of the Smile phase and allow Gebura to farm Melted Corpses for stacks of Red Mist (and Absorption). This will allow her to roll extremely high, which will be necessary to later parts of the fight.
Mimicry is nigh-invincible to any regular deck, however, the Red Mist is easily able to roll high enough to deal with his resistances and disable or at least counteract his healing
