Forsaken Murderer is the first Abnormality suppression of the 
Floor of Technological Sciences. It can be unlocked in 
Urban Myth by obtaining the 
Book of Jack and Book of Pierre. Completing it raises the floor's realization level to II and unlocks a second librarian on its floor.
