Fragment of the Universe is the first Abnormality suppression of the 
Floor of Art. It can be unlocked in 
Urban Legend by obtaining the 
Book of Zwei South Section 6. Completing it raises the floor's realization level to II and unlocks a second librarian on its floor.
Focuses on staggering its enemies. The card it gives to Netzach's hand halves his max Stagger Resist, and its passive ability doubles Stagger damage dealt.
