Jikan is member of the Rusted Chains.

Appearance

Jikan has pale skin with messy, dull pearl-colored hair. They wear a brown tanktop, a belt, a pair of deep green pants and black boots. They have rusty chains wrapped around their torso and arms. They are notably littered with scars across their face and arms, some of which appear to be bleeding.

The Rusted Chains ain’t the biggest Syndicate, but each member’s got strength to boot n’ boast. The only weapon we use is these spiky chains. Tie ‘em, smack ‘em, anythin’ goes. We gotta be careful not to get swung or swayed around, or bind ourselves with our own metal. My body’s full of scars thanks to that, but hey… It’s not too bad, is it?
