Dear Guests, this Page is currently undergoing realization. Please bear with us as we fully realize the Page of Library of Ruina!

Library of Ruina (stylized Library Of Ruina) is a deck-building, turn-based roleplaying game by South Korean indie studio Project Moon. It is the second game made by Project Moon, and is a direct sequel to their previous game, Lobotomy Corporation. The game officially launched on PC and Xbox One on August 10, 2021, with Korean voiceover. A PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch port was released on April 25, 2024, featuring an additional Japanese voiceover.

A companion light novel, The Distortion Detective, was written and published from 2020 to 2021, alongside the game's development. A third game set in the same universe as Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina, Limbus Company, was released in 2023; while it is not a direct continuation of the plot of Library of Ruina, the game does elaborate on some of the consequences of the story and feature cameos of certain characters and groups from Library of Ruina.

Synopsis

Library of Ruina is a turn-based deck-building strategy game based on the concept of "library battle simulation." Invite guests to the Library and overcome life-or-death receptions to obtain the books that record their lives. Fights are carried out between the guests and the playable Librarians using cards and dice, subject to various modifiers including action speed, number of attacks, and a stagger bar. The Key Pages of defeated guests and special abilities of other entities of the Library can be used to boost the Librarians, providing unique effects and powerful attacks for the stageplay.
