Luda appears as a white, staticky projection in a seemingly glass chamber.
Personality
Luda, as a Beholder of the Eye, is privy to most of the secrets of the Head. As a direct consequence, she oversees the nest eviction process to The Outskirts and does not participate in combat. During this process, she mocks Angela for her goal. At the end of combat, she successfully manages to teleport The Library to The Outskirts.
Story
Luda, along with Zena (an Arbiter of the Head) and Baral (an Executioner of the Claw) arrive as the final uninvited guests. They are tasked with a primary objectives of relocating Nest L and the Library to the Outskirts, and the extermination of Angela as she is in violation of the AI Ethics Amendments Code. As a side objective, they are also tasked with retrieving Binah for an unknown purpose. Luda, in this case, does not appear in person, instead as a projection, tasked with analyzing the Library and overseeing the nest eviction process to The Outskirts.
