Dear Guests, this Page is currently undergoing realization. Please bear with us as we fully realize the Page of Pierre!

I wouldn’t be trying so hard if there was an end to delicacy! All the chefs are continuing their research to this day, seeking more stimulating flavors. And I just want to be as good as the stain on their apron at least!

–Pierre

Pierre is the owner of Pierre'sBistroIcon.png Pierre’s Bistro from District 23. She cooks and prepares new dishes using human flesh as the main ingredient but also hunt her ingredients with the help of her sous-chef Jack when they are unable to receive any meat from their vendors.

Appearance

Pierre has long white hair with long bangs that is tied down on a loose braid with a yellow hairband, light skin, and gray eyes. She wears a long white chef suit with pockets on both sides of the waist with one the left side of the chest and long white pants, both with blood stains over them, and also wears dark yellow moccasin shoes with white socks. In combat, she wields a cooking knife.

Personality

Pierre is a sadist that doesn't seem to be afraid of speaking her mind. Despite her sadistic tendencies, she tries to be very polite to others. Pierre also shows a deep sense of care for her sous-chef Jack and tried to keep her promise to him until the end and wishes that both of them become part of 'The Eight Chefs'.

Story

Background

Pierre is the proprietor and head chef of the eponymous Pierre's Bistro, a small restaurant in the Backstreets of District 23 which uses human meat in pursuit of the ultimate flavor. In her past, to achieve her dream of becoming one of 'The Eight Chefs', Pierre decided to open her bistro with her loyal companion Jack after both promising that they wouldn't abandon one another.

Pierre’s Bistro

Pierre was trying to come up with a new dish, but she is left frustrated because she is unable to do it since nothing has struck her with inspiration. Moments after, Jack enters the room bringing some "ingredients" (captured humans) with him. Both converse about how their vendors, Lil' Piggy's and the MusiciansofBremenIcon.png Musicians of Bremen, stopped trading with them and that also they have to find a new place to hunt their ingredients since their old spot is now being safeguarded by the ZweiAssociationIcon.png Zwei Association. Pierre and Jack also comment about how she desires to become one of 'The Eight Chefs' and about changing some of their dishes, with Jack suggesting using more aged ingredients instead of the younger ones, but Pierre had another idea in mind.

The Bistro's owner states that she wants their dishes to have a more original flavor which she wishes to achieve by using the meat of monsters instead of human flesh. Pierre mentions the Library as the place they will seek for such ingredient since otherwise, they would have to travel to the Outskirts to get it and she reveals that she received an invitation to enter the Library a while ago. She asks Jack to join her in such adventure for monster meat, which he accepts.

While Pierre prepares to sign the Red Invitation, Jack questions her about what he should do with the ingredients he brought, she answers him saying that they should be made into meat jam and states that Jack must put them legs first, not head first in some sort of not mentioned machinery to prevent the ingredients to die too quickly claiming that the more they suffer the tastier their meat will be.

Upon being transported to the Library, Pierre comments on the place's smell and how it is brand new for her, but Jack states his dislike of said scent. The chef de cuisine affirms unfamiliarity similar to the one brought by it is what brings forth new ideas. Upon ending that conversation both are greeted by Angela. Pierre loudly comments on her exterior, saying she appears to be a wonderful-looking ingredient with a glossy appearance, Jack also says that Angela appears to be a fresh and top-grade ingredient but shows uncertainty on his remake and silently inquires Pierre about the Director of the Library. The bistro's owner confirms his suspicions by stating that she is aware that Angela is, unfortunately for them, not human, but remaking that such a fact only makes her more excited. After Angela is questioned about what her taste would be, she reveals to her guests that she can't be harmed, to which Jack replies that they will only be able to know if such a thing is the truth after testing her. Pierre decides to intervene saying that they should keep their manners to the individual that sent them the Invitation, the sous-chef apologies to the Library's Director for his rudeness. At least Pierre politely requests Angela's permission to enter the Library, which she concedes.

Eventually, Pierre is defeated in the Reception along with Jack, and she is turned into the Pierre'sBistroIcon.png Book of Pierre.

Key Page story

Pierre’s Page
Pierre’s Page

Most cooks who live here have the same dream: becoming one of ‘The Eight Chefs’! They’re the people who pursue the ultimate delicacy. Their way of cooking will… give you a thrill just hearing about it! You don’t feel it? No no, I’m sure you can feel it inside. I sound crazy? Nyeh, listen up, you stubborn square! This is why I can’t talk with people whose brains are too old. They taste bad, too!

There’s a limit to the flavors people can draw forth. The height of taste the human tongue can feel isn’t as impressive as you might think, really. The most delicious food doesn’t come close to sending chills down your spine. At most… it’s just good enough to make your eyes spin! And the food you guys casually eat, going “Mm~ Tasty~”, are way! Way, way way way waaaaaay~ below that! So, many chefs gathered round one time… pondering what to do to pursue a taste beyond this limit… And then inspiration struck all of them at the same time like lightning! What if they sublimated the experience into taste, something beyond what the tongue can feel? You know, they say the presentation of food adds to its taste, right? What if the whole process of cooking could be tasted! They performed several experiments in an attempt to make that dream come true.

“So?” What do you mean, “So?” I wouldn’t be trying so hard if there was an end to delicacy! All the chefs are continuing their research to this day, seeking more stimulating flavors. And I just want to be as good as the stain on their apron at least!

Combat Dialogue
Combat Entrance
  • Oh my, ingredients end up getting overly tender if we drag on too much!
  • Woooow~ I wonder how you guys taste? Can I cut a chunk off of you?
  • Hey, you there! You smelled so nice when I passed by you just before.
Victory Cry
  • Tsk, all I got were books! These don’t even look chewy!
  • Hmm… No, no. Maybe we can make brand new ingredients out of these?
Death
  • Hah…! I never thought… I’d be an ingredient… myself once in my life.
On Ally Death
  • Jack… You can’t leave me like this. You should’ve been careful. You promised to be with me.
On Kill
  • Waaay to weak, aren’t you! I bet the taste won’t be any good, either.
  • Meh, you can’t just turn into a book. Should I try making book steak or something?
