Completing the suppression will raise the realization level and maximum reachable Emotion Level of the Floor to IV. It will also unlock the Floor's third Assistant Librarian, as well as three new Abnormality Pages (see below).
Pinocchio's unique mechanic is that it uses the Librarian's deck against them, copying their deck and using it as its own, while its follower unit complicates the fight by randomizing the Light costs for the Librarians' Combat Pages. Pinocchio will try to Lie every few Scenes by playing a slightly different version of one of the Librarian's Combat Pages (for example, by changing the type of an Offensive die), and Roland must use a special Combat Page to challenge the Lie. If he fails, the Pinocchios are buffed; if he wins, the Pinocchios are debuffed.

On-Screen Floating Dialogue
I dream of becoming a human.
Am I a human if I mimic humans?
It’s not hard to imitate others.
I’m keen to learn as usual. Would you like to see me learn?
People taught me how to speak.
Lying
People lie all the time. Why is that a bad thing?
Lalala… I sing along to the song of lies all the people sing.
It’s people’s fault for falling for my lies.
There was no choice, I had to lie to become a human…
Did I look just like a human? I hope I did…
Lie detected
Why aren’t you being fooled…? That was almost perfect…
Can I… not become a human…?
You could’ve let me fool you just once… You’re mean.
I think I read about it somewhere… A wooden puppet with a long nose…
Death
I didn’t expect to die to some weird monster…
On Kill
It must tell lies in order to become a human… Leaves a bitter taste.
Combat Entrance
Pinocchio. It was a children’s tale about a kid whose nose grew long after telling a lie, I think?
On Kill
A shame it never got to be human.
Combat Entrance
That creaking wooden noise it makes… That’s icky.
On Kill
Is that thing mimicking us? …That’s kind of creepy.

Lv Ⅱ 0 Learning
[Single Ally] Add a ‘Learn’ page to hand: ‘Cost 2 - [Start of Clash] Replace all dice with ones on the opponent’s page.’ The page is also included in the deck at the start of subsequent Acts.
All the child could do was ‘learn’ by observing others and mimicking their behavior. And that was the problem.
I’m keen to learn as usual. Would you like to see me learn?
People taught me how to speak.
I’m not a fast learner. I just mimic what I see.
It’s not hard to mimic others. I don’t have to think.
I’ve learned lots of things, but I never go anywhere.
Lv Ⅰ -1 Lies
[Single Ally] At the start of the Scene, randomize the Costs of all pages whose original Cost is less than 4.
People lie all the time. Why is that a bad thing?
People love to say things the other way round.
They said it wasn’t for themselves. They were lying for the good of everyone…
Lalala… I sing along to the song of lies all the people sing.
I see the world upside down, as people have taught me.
Everyone lies, why are you saying it’s a bad thing?
Lv Ⅰ -1 Curiosity
[Single Ally] At the start of the Scene, shuffle all pages into the draw pile and draw 4 pages.
I’m keen to learn as usual. Would you like to see me learn?
I still have lots of things I want to know. There’s lots to learn.
If I see various things… Will I learn that much?
I’m curious about this… curious about that… Oh, and what’s this?
I’ve never seen that before… Where did it come from, and how?

Trivia
Pinocchio's battle stage is a wooden stage with a faint light shining on it. Many other wooden puppets resembling Pinocchio are hanging on the ceiling in many different postures.
Pinocchio is based on the children's fairy tale The Adventures of Pinocchio by Italian author Carlo Collodi. The story is about a naughty and dishonest living wooden puppet called Pinocchio who goes through various adventures and becomes a human in the end. The Librarians' combat dialogue for this reception alludes to this.
Pinocchio is the only Abnormality fully original to Library Of Ruina. All other Abnormalities in LOR which did not appear in Lobotomy Corporation, such as The Jester of Nihil and Ozma, were originally planned to feature in the prequel but were cut.
