Scorched Girl and The Fourth Match Flames' deck revolve in a stall combination by using first Evade Dice by The Fourth Match Flames and minor damage pressure, so Scorched Girl can build up enough Light to use her Combat Page, Fourth Match Flame Fourth Match Flame ( 4) 15~20. However, Scorched Girl can easily get Staggered on hit or by her allies dying, and also lose all Light. In addition, she loses half of her own HP when an ally dies, being the way to defeat her.

Scorched Girl appeared in the prequel game, Lobotomy Corporation, as a TETH Abnormality, with a similar appearance almost exactly to the original. The side enemies are new additions.

Scorched Girl's stage is composed of a populated town of a medieval design, in the middle of the night. The floor is made of stone tiles. Various silhouettes of people -and a single dog- can be seen in the background and in the buildings' windows.
