Strategy
The goal is to kill 12 enemies in 12 scenes, averaging at one kill per scene.
A Remnant of Time that spawns when none other are present will copy the resistances of the patron librarian. Deliberately giving them a keypage with a Fatal resistance to a type can help kill one every scene easily.

Lv Ⅰ -1 Time
[All Allies] The player has 30 seconds to select Combat Pages before the combat phase begins each Scene. Boost the Power of all dice of all librarians by 1-2.
Time flows as life does, and life goes as time does.
That one doesn’t have enough time is a useless complaint.
Tomorrow may or may not come.
You’ll be given more time than you have lost.
Time is given to everyone evenly, but fate makes it unfair.

[Single Ally] Every 13th Combat Page the librarian plays gains 1-2 Power. (Excludes [On Play] pages) The dice on the page also gain the following effect: ‘[On Hit] Deal bonus damage equal to (Dice value)% of target’s Max HP’.
I know of absolute solitude. I shared my silence, and now I take its price. Once the time comes and the original owner arrives, the price will be paid.
I heard that disastrous bell yet again.
As the bell rang, a scream broke the silence at last…
The bell tolls for the last time, in a moment that never seemed to come.
I gave out my silence, and now I take its price.
Lv Ⅱ -2 Silence
[Single Ally] Add a ‘Silence’ page to the hand: ‘Cost 0 - [On Play] Take 15% of Max. HP as damage; all other characters lose 5 Speed’. Add an ‘Amplify’ page to the hand: ‘Cost 0 - [On Play] Take 10% of Max. HP as damage; Gain 5 Speed’. The page is also included in the deck at the start of subsequent Acts.
Rarely, I feel as if time has stopped. Fleeting moments of silence sometimes befall me.
Silence does not always bring peace.
An instant of silence, as if time had stopped.
When time stops, silence falls. In a way, they are one and the same.
Even when all has stopped, the soul will not perish.

Trivia
The Price of Silence appeared in the Legacy build of the prequel game, Lobotomy Corporation, as a HE Abnormality, with a similar appearance. The Abnormality represents the Major Arcana Card XIII, also known as Death, hence the scythe like appearance and the 13 Bells.
The Price of Silence, Hammer of Light and Poor Screenwriter's Notes are the only ones that were actually featured in a playable build of the game.
The Abnormality uses similar lines from the Hokma's Core Suppression, which itself bore a lot of similarities to The Price of Silence in terms of appearance and abilities.
The Abnormality uses the Second Warning theme in its fight, despite this theme being exclusive to WAW class Abnormalities and The Price of Silence being originally considered HE. This might indicate that it is now considered a WAW class Abnormality.
This change would be similar to The Queen of Hatred, Little Red Riding Hooded Mercenary, Big Bird, and Judgement Bird all having been upgraded from HE class to WAW class either during the production of the Legacy versions or during the jump from Legacy to modern versions.
The big clock in the background actually indicates the player of the 30-second limit of choosing Combat Pages in this battle, as it will only activate in the selection phase and finishes a cycle every 30 seconds.
It will also appear upon the selection of the Abnormality Page Time. which is obtained after this Abnormality's Suppression.
