Since the Queen of Hatred will transform if the VillainVillain Become the target of the Queen of Hatred. hits her too often, passive damage like bleed or burn is an option.
Paralysis and feeble can make her Mass-Attacks more manageable.
All of her attacks are ranged, so a melee card with a single strong die can clash against all her dice.
It is possible to kill her in just two scenes using Meow Meow~At the start of the Act, give 1 Strength to two random allies and SnipeOffensive dice gain +3 Power for the first Scene.
It might be easiest to just wait until Urban Nightmare to deal with her, as that chapter gives useful passives like Singular StrikeWhen using a Combat Page with one non-Counter die, the die gains +2 Power, and it yields twice as many Emotion Points in a clash..

The Queen of Hatred wanted to be a hero and protect everyone from villains. However, once the villains are gone and there is peace, she loses her purpose as a hero and starts targeting innocents. It is associated with the suit of Hearts of the French deck.
The Queen of Hatred has the appearance of a magical girl with blue hair and pink clothes. It carries a wand adorned with a pink star and purple feathers. When transformed, it takes the shape of a blue winged serpent with pink and black hearts on its back.
