Appearance
Story
He is a Grade 1 Fixer that worked as a Taboo Hunter in N Corp. until he got expelled due to his lack of service for several days and his incapability of catching his targets (Moses, YuRia & Ezra). Moses trapped him in YuRia Atelier only to release him when needed in a fight, during which time he ate Moses' arm (that he had previously cut off while fighting her) in order to survive.
He now works (reluctantly) alongside Moses' Office since he was promised to get his position back into N Corp through Dias. He also has a bad relationship with the Thumb, constantly wanting to damage them and showing a strong hatred for them. The past between him and them remains unknown. Moses can also detect the beginning of his distortion, he has a pair of tattered bee wings on his back. He has used many augmentations, explaining his physical state.

Vespa is named for the scientific name of the European hornet, vespa crabro.
