Warm-hearted Woodsman appeared in the prequel game, Lobotomy Corporation, as a HE Abnormality, with a similar appearance.
Warm-hearted Woodsman is an enemy with the appearance of a large mechanical humanoid made of metal and covered in moss. It has a head similar in appearance to a knight's helmet, and two pipes protruding from its back. It carries a large bloodied axe in its right hand. It has an empty open cavity in the middle of its chest, which it will fill with organs once it kills a character.
Warm-hearted Woodsman's stage is composed of a forest with a dirt path surrounded by grass. Several trees are present in the background, each with a hole in the middle of their trunk exposing flesh and eyes. Some trees have been cut and felled, leaving behind bloodied tree stumps.
