Yang is a henchman of the Kurokumo Clan.

Appearance

Yang wears an open, partially-buttoned with sleeves rolled up to his elbows, exposing Irezumi-style tattoos of similar style to Sayo and Gin. He wears plain black pants and shoes, fashioned with a studded belt and brown wristband on his left hand. He has black hair tied back into a ponytail, and can often be seen with an unlit cigarillo in his mouth. His weapon of choice is a katana.

Personality

Yang is a loyal subordinate to Sayo in the Kurokumo Clan. He has little sympathy for nest-dwellers, readily carrying out orders of mutilation without hesitation, and even making light of the situation by responding, "Yes, dame~" when given the order. He's rather sadistic in how he carries out 'punishments', though his methods hardly differ from the likes of Sayo or Gin who are equally unmerciful.

Story

Yang, along with the other members of the Kurokumo clan are seen claiming debts from a protection racket in an unspecified Nest, doling out 'punishment' to residents when they fail to pay the Kurokumo Clan to ward off the violent consequence of non-payment.

During this, Sayo and her team are in charge of delivering Nuovo Fabric to the Thumb, which is then intercepted by the L'Heure du Loup, who beats the Kurokumo Clan in a fight, leaving Yang, Gin and Sayo to use an invitation to the library or face certain death.

Eventually, Yang along the rest of the Kurokumo Clan die in the Reception. Dropping the Book of Yang which may contain their Key Page.

Yang’s Page

There are two kinds of folks who hang around in the Backstreets at night: the predator and the prey. Pretty much everything going on in the City can be described as ‘savage’, but the other parts of the City at least put up the effort to package them in gentlemanly guises. Even a cheap hamburger made from whatever unspeakable ingredients is still wrapped in a modern and rich packing, yeah? On the other hand, the Backstreets at night are filled with raw and blatant barbarity; not even a layer of crude cover is there to censor this brutality. No deed is forbidden… No one is held responsible. Imagining the most appalling, vulgar, and filthy deed you can think of. I won’t dare say “beyond your imagination” since I have no idea how insane you might be. But I can guarantee that whatever you’re thinking casually happens somewhere in the dark alleys of the Backstreets at night. Despite all that, people still inhabit the Backstreets. They doggedly struggle and survive in their own ways here.

No good can come from losing our forces one by one… On Kill Hah, I left myself open more often than I wanted, too. We aren’t doing this as a joke, y’know. Wasn’t even worth dodging.
