Story
Background
Zulu has been with the Stray Dogs for an unknown amount of time. He, Gyeong-mi, and Dino recently made a deal with Walter, director of the Zwei Association's South Section 6, to collect information on the Distortion Phenomenon in exchange for a floor plan of the former L Corp's Nest in order to complete a job for
the Thumb.
Stray Dogs
After Dino warns the group to leave to avoid the Sweepers, Zulu complains about Walter's seeming betrayal of their deal and the heavy losses the Stray Dogs suffered to the Church of Gears while trying to fulfill their end of the deal, also describing Eileen as an "inhuman freak." Meanwhile, he also notes that Walter would not have broken such a promise without a good reason, and that it would not make sense for him to have died so suddenly.
Zulu is discouraged after witnessing Gyeong-mi smash the Zwei Fixers' corpses into a pulp out of blind rage and warns that such violence could cause them to be pursued by higher Zwei Sections in retaliation. After seeing Gyeong-mi take an Invitation which lists the Book of Walter on it, he becomes annoyed that Gyeong-mi still resorted to such brutality despite already knowing why Walter had failed them.
After entering the Library, Zulu states that they will most likely finish their Reception just in time to return before the night falls. Ultimately, he and the other Stray Dogs are defeated during the Reception, and he is turned into the Book of Zulu.
