I heard that it was so sudden, the Hana Association had to dispatch one of the ‘Colors’ immediately after realizing the severity of the situation.

That’s right. Yet we still don’t have any clues to track down the cause of this phenomenon.

The most we have is the sudden disappearance of L Corp, and the ‘White Nights and Dark Days’ whose starting point was in the corporation’s Nest.

A coworker told me a similar story. Said a resident in the area they were peacekeeping was suddenly distorted and transformed into a four-legged beast, even though there weren’t any signs of danger or anomaly nearby.

I think I understand now. So the Distortion Phenomenon is a clear and apparent threat to Zwei’s peacekeeping activities, and they expect the Library to hold a clue for resolving it.
