The Ring
The Ring is one of the Five Fingers, the five most powerful Syndicates in the City, holding enough power to rival the Wings. It is not involved in the war for Nest L and does not make a direct appearance in Library of Ruina. Very little is known about The Ring, except that it is very harsh when the people it is protecting fail to pay up.
Appearances
The Ring is first mentioned in the pre-Reception of the Kurokumo Clan. When “visiting” the two residents (the highest-income family) in L Corp’s former Nest, Sayo mentions how lucky they are to have the Kurokumo Clan protecting them instead of the Ring.
High-ranked members of the Ring are recognized by the ring they wear on their ring finger[1], with the higher number of coils representing a higher position in the hierarchy. Members with two coils are named Docents[2], while members with three are named Maestro[1].
The Ring appears to have relations to N Corp and the Mirror of LCB, as shown in Leviathan.
