Lies is a Tier I Breakdown Abnormality Page obtained by defeating Pinocchio and leveling up Keter's Floor to Level 4. Has a chance to be picked at total Emotion Lv. 1-2.

Effect

When active, for the rest of this Reception in this Floor, each start of Scene the target Librarian's Combat Pages which are of original Cost less than 4 will have their Costs randomized to have a new Cost between 0-3. This new change is a set modifier. Higher Costs will shown in Red while lowers are shown in Green.

Combat Pages which do affect the Cost or use them will also use the modified ones. Is more effective when using high (3) Cost Combat Pages so they can be reduced to lower Costs.

When selected, a screen filter along various symbols at the screen sides and a mechanical noise can be heard shortly after for a few moments.

Trivia

• This is the first Abnormality Page which sets the Costs to other values instead of decreasing/increasing.
