Pale Hands is a Tier I 
Awakening Abnormality Page obtained by defeating Bloodbath and leveling up 
Keter's Floor to Level 2. Has a chance to be picked at total 
Emotion Lv. 1-2.
Effect
When active, for the rest of this Reception in this Floor, the target Librarian will on hit, apply 1 
Pale Hands to the damaged target, which can stack up to 3 times. Once it reaches 3 stacks on the target, it will deal 3-10 
Stagger Damage to the target and removes all Pale Hand stacks. This damage is treated separated and ignoring Resistances (Treated as Normal). Exclude hits made by 
Mass Attacks.
Pale Hands stacks persist within the Act and if the Librarian damages another target with an attack, the stacks of the previous target will be removed.
When all three stacks are consumed, a sound of a splash will trigger and a visual effect will show up located behind the target, as a puddle of floating blood appears with three hands coming out of it towards the target. It last a few seconds before disappearing.

Trivia
- Its effect and art are shared with the Combat Page Pale Hands, used by the same Abnormality. The difference of the effect is that it will instantly
Stagger the target if all attacks hit.
