J Corp. is one of the twenty-five Wings in the City, in control of District 10. J Corp's Singularity ostensibly deals with locking technology.

Description

District 10 is known as the Nest of Gambling, and is owned by J Corp. People living in District 10's Nest devote themselves to gambling and thus, there are many casinos. One department of J corp. tasks employees with checking the security cameras placed in affiliated facilities and spotting anyone who cheats. The lines are flooded with calls all day, and the employees are overwhelmed because they must keep track of dozens of calls and screens at the same time.

J Corp's Singularity is the opposite of F Corp's; the technology can lock and seal anything that is open or exposed, all the way down to a conceptual level. The range or size of things that can be locked with this Singularity depend on how much a person pays. Cheap applications of this Singularity are used for locking small boxes, while expensive ones are able to seal off areas of space or even a person's body. A person's body could be locked from being dissected, or their brain could be locked from letting out specific information. When a person has been locked from letting out a secret, a small image of J Corp's logo will be on the back of the person's head.
