The reception of WARP Cleanup Crew is the reception of the WARP Cleanup Crew, corporate agents of the Wing known as WARP Corp. It is a two-Act reception with two Floors of four Librarians each available for use.

Story

Pre-Battle

The Agents enter the arriving WARP Train UW-212.

The episode starts with a public announcement as WARP Train UW-212 reaches its destination platform. Rose, a senior cleanup agent, rallies the crew to enter the train, while Sen banters with new hire Lesti about the gruesome situations which they normally encounter inside the trains.

Inside the train, the agents banter as normal even while dealing with the gore of the catatonic passengers. Sen compliments Lesti on her attention to detail and hardiness as a new hire, which she attributes to her childhood in District 23's Backstreets. Sen jokes that they will be killed when they retire and that he has to keep this a secret to improve his performance review, while Lesti jokes that Sen will have to buy her dinner to ensure her silence. Suddenly, Rose orders them to stop their work and return to their office.

Rose shows the cause of the disappearance of the first-class passengers.

Inside the office, Lesti is shocked to hear that passengers have disappeared from the train. Making matters worse, Sen and Rose reveal that the missing passengers were First Class passengers, and that they are "missing time" as well. Rose begins to show camera footage, which Lesti recognizes as coming from a special camera which only activates based on intense change in emotions. The agents watch as the passengers break down and are turned into the monstrous entities of Love Town by a doctor and a nurse, including one merged entity which killed sixteen of their coworkers. Sen comments on the townspeople's sadness following the doctor and nurse's departures from the train, but he does not know they managed to leave the train mid-journey.

The following footage reveals the identities of Love Town's benefactors. The agents see Jae-heon, the Puppeteer, in the process of converting the First Class passengers into puppets. Rose notes that his grade will soon increase to Star of the City because of his current actions. They also see Elena, the Blood-red Night, whom Rose reveals to be a fallen Star of the City who has somehow come back. Most importantly, though, they also see the puppets sign the Library's invitation and disappear. Rose shows Lesti and Sen an invitation and tells them that they have been ordered to enter the Library and retrieve the passengers; if they refuse, they will be fired. Sen accepts his role with resignation, but Lesti cries at being forced into such a choice.

Inside the Library, Roland seethes in anger now that he knows the truth behind the WARP trains, recalling his own previous rides on WARP trains. He calls out the WARP Cleanup Agents for being complete desensitized to their immoral actions, though Angela mentions that Lobotomy Corporation's employees worked the same way, ignoring suffering because they were not the ones it was inflicted upon. Angela and Roland are both intrigued at having obtained the secrets of W Corp. Roland considers how damaging the secrets would be to the Wing if they were revealed, which also means W Corp. will be all the more desperate to recover them. Angela welcomes the opportunity to learn more about the Wings that way.

As the WARP Cleanup Agents enter the Library, Lesti and Sen are chatting about previous train rides and their outcomes. Sen mentions one case where the train passengers organized into a feudal kingdom complete with political schemes and decline. When Angela arrives to greet them, Rose cuts their conversations short and asks Angela whether the puppets were received by the Library. Angela reveals that she knows all about WARP Corp's secrets, and if the agents fail to retrieve the books of the puppets, they will be up for grabs for any other prospective guests. Rose and the other agents rush in to retrieve the books.

Post-Battle

Angela muses that WARP Corp. would likely collapse if the secrets of the puppets' books were revealed to the public, though she assumes that their collapse would not be like how L Corp. fell. Roland asks Angela about Lobotomy Corp's plan, and whether the company's own destruction was part of their plan; Angela confirms this. Roland takes this to mean that L Corp's plan succeeded, but Angela tells him that she single-handedly ruined it. Roland, almost immediately more alert, asks Angela to explain what she meant. She says that she sabotaged the plan out of revenge for her abandonment by her creator. Roland realizes that Angela's sabotage may have caused the Distortion Phenomenon. Angela doesn't deny the possibility, but she shrugs it off, saying that she has no reason to care for anyone else in the City. Roland reluctantly agrees.
