“ | As long as we’re working as Fixers, it’s not good to raise more trouble than necessary. | ” |

Naoki has short brown hair, light skin that possesses one scar that goes across the right eye, both eyes are brown. She wears a black respirator mask, a brown parka coat with white fur and sleeves with the pockets on the sides, and a black t-shirt under it. On her neck, Naoki wears a black collar with a broken chain attached to it, and on her hands two dark brown fingerless gloves, plus a backpack on her back with cables that connect to her machetes. On her lower half Naoki has baggy black sweatpants and gray knee-high boots. In combat, she uses the pair of machetes connected to her backpack mentioned before, and her eyes become completely red upon landing a hit.
Personality
Naoki is mostly a calm person outside of combat but once before a foe she will become rapidly hostile and probably go on a rampage, she is also very thoughtful, being aware of how peculiar the Office she works for is and quickly finding a good reason as to why. She also seems quite knowledgeable about Workshop equipment and what precautions should be taken before buying anything such as one doing their own research about it.
Story
Naoki has been part of the Hook Office for an unspecified amount of time.
In her past, Naoki and McCullin, along with other people, used to be together in a Syndicate from District 23 that was infamous for holding their killed targets on the open streets, hanging them from hooks. They spent time dealing with tasks given by poor people who couldn't afford the prices of the Offices and Associations. They were friends with the Axe Gang, another Syndicate of their area, and used to cause trouble together. Later on, they recruited Taein, and after some more raids to other Offices, the operator of one them came over to their Syndicate and told that wanted people like them. The members of the Syndicate accepted, now becoming officially Fixers of the Hook Office. Although their work consisted of the same methods of gruesome executions and hanging corpses from hooks to send messages to the others, they still find it strange how they got hired by an Office. Even with them joining an Office, the Axe Gang has no grudge towards them for doing so.
In the first Episode of Hook Office, Taein, McCullin, and Naoki are seen at some undisclosed location in the Backstreets discussing a job they took the day prior and about Taein's new bionic weapon, as they got excessive with their destructive attacks and killed more people than they should have, and since it was their mistake, they wouldn't get paid for the additional kills. Taein points out that Naoki was the one who spent more time on the rampage and that McCullin had to calm her down. After expressing she was sorry, McCullin doesn't mind as he still owes them a few things, and that now they must remain low.
Afterward, they reflect how they ended up in their new Office in the first place, as they used to be from a Syndicate that killed and hanged their victims from hooks on the streets, which got the attention of an Office. They were hired due to their methods and outfits that made them stand out, which meant the Office would also stand out. Naoki comments it feels more like a pack of RatsIcon.png Rats than a proper Office. Just then, McCullin gets a message from the operator and their next work is handling the Library. Along with additional Hook Fixers, the group is given the Invitation and they are instantly transported to it.
On their arrival, Angela greets them but Taein attempts to strike first but doesn't harm Angela due to her body. Soon Naoki notices that Angela is not human and to the Hook Fixers' surprise, discover she is an AI, now thinking about how much they are going to profit from this task. The group enters after Angela leaves.
Eventually, Naoki falls in the Reception along with Taein, McCullin, and some of Hook Office's other Fixers, and is turned into the Book of Naoki which contains her Key Page.
